White - Black - White ...

Consider the following playing field :
In the lower half, we have three white stones, in the upper half three black ones. The place in the middle is empty.
YOUR TASK : To let the white and the black stones change places under the following rules :
1. You have to move alternately with White and Black. (ATTENTION : IT IS AWFULLY EASY TO MOVE WITH THE SAME COLOUR TWICE! BEST IS : TO SAY 'WHITE - BLACK - WHITE ...' ALOUD AT EVERY MOVE! ).
2. You simply move along a line to a free place. Forward or backward, as you like.
3. If there is a stone in the middle and the place behind it is empty, you may jump over it.
